Text message terms.

What we text you, when, and how to make it stop. Short, because it is a short subject.

The programme

Yah Suh Nyce order and catering messages. We send texts about orders you place with us, about catering enquiries you send us, and occasional promotions.

Order messages are a confirmation when your order goes in, with the order number, what you ordered and the total, then updates as it moves, so you know when it is being cooked, when it is ready for pickup, and when it has gone out for delivery. Catering messages are the quote and the back and forth about your event. Promotions are occasional and are the only kind you are not required to receive in order to use us.

How you signed up

You ticked the box beside the phone field on yahsuhnyce.com, on either the checkout form or the catering enquiry form, agreeing to receive these messages at the number you gave. The box is never ticked for you.

We never buy, rent or import phone numbers from anybody. The only way we have your number is that you gave it to us yourself.

How often

Message frequency varies. A normal order is two to four messages. A catering enquiry is a handful over a few days. Promotions are occasional and we do not text you daily.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your mobile carrier and depends on your plan, not on us.

How to stop it

Reply STOP to any message from us and we stop, immediately and for good, not just for that order.

You will get one last message confirming you are unsubscribed, and after that nothing.

If you change your mind, reply START to the same number, or just tell us next time you order.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and we will text you back who we are and how to reach a person.

Or reach us directly. Phone (646) 603-8665. Email hello@yahsuhnyce.com. A person answers both.

What we cannot control

Carriers can delay or fail to deliver a message and we have no way to force one through. If an order matters and you have not heard from us, call the kitchen.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
